Workboards provide an easy way to visualize what Work Orders are at each Process Node at any given time.
Workboards can be created by adding stations, node types, or directly adding process nodes.
Adding Workboard Cards
- Click the "New Workboard Card" button.
- To add Stations to the workboard, select them from the "Stations" drop down list.
- To add Node Types to the workboard, select them from the "Node Types" drop down list.
- To add process nodes, select the process that includes the nodes from the dropdown list. Then, select the nodes you want to include from the process tree.
- If needed, choose the location for the card.
- Confirm the number of cards to be created. Then, click the "Create [x] Cards" button.
- The cards will now appear on the workboard.
Editing Workboard Cards
Workboard cards can be rearranged, renamed, edited, or archived.
- Click the "Edit Cards" button on the top right of the workboard screen.
- Additional icons will now appear at the top of each card.
- Use the pencil icon to rename or edit the cards.
- Editing cards is the same as creating cards - see instructions above.
- Use the arrow icons to move the cards to the left or right, relative to the other cards.
- Use the archive icon to archive the card and remove it from the workboard.
- Use the pencil icon to rename or edit the cards.
- When finished, click the "Stop Editing Cards" button to toggle off the editing icons on each card.
