Quote Stages are customizable steps that you can add to your Quotes workflow. For example, if you want to make sure that the quote is approved by your sales team before being sent to a customer, you can create a step called "Sales Approval" that the quote must pass through before being sent.

Quoting Stages can be configured from the Quotes page. Click on the "Quote Stages" button on the Quotes page to view and edit stages.

Once stages are added, they will appear on all new quotes.

Switch the stage of a quote between "active" or "inactive" in the "Move Quote" menu.
