Outsourcing Overview

The outsourcing dashboard displays work that has been outsourced to another shop.

It is divided into five sections, Awaiting PO, Awaiting Shipper, Awaiting Departure, Parts at Vendor, and the Available Work Orders list.

Awaiting PO

In this section of the screen, materials awaiting application of their purchase order are displayed. Columns for Service, Work Order, Part Number and Part Count are listed. There is also a button for creating new Purchase Orders.

Awaiting Shipper

In this section of the screen materials awaiting a shipper are shown. Columns for Service, Purchase Order, Vendor, Part Number, Part Count Needing Shipper, and Shipper-Ready are listed. here is also a button for creating new Shippers.

Awaiting Departure

In this section of the screen, materials awaiting their departure are shown. Columns for Shipper Number, Vendor and Actions are listed.

Parts at Vendor

In this section of the screen, parts that are currntly at a vendor are shown. Columns for Part Count, Work Order, Part Number, Vendor, Purchase Order, Purchase Order Item, and Actions are listed.

Available Work Orders

In this section of the screen, Work orders that have not been sorted for Outsourcing are shown. Columns for Service, Work Order, Part Number, Awaiting Purchase Order, Awaiting Shipper, Awaiting Departure, Parts at Vendor, and Received are listed.
