When your Packing Slip is ready to be finalized, click the "Mark as Finalized" button (the little truck) for the packing slip.
NOTE:
"Finalized" slips are ready to be signed, and that they are not "Completed" yet. See Complete Shipping and Move Parts to Invoicing.
