Setting Up Quote Signatures
Navigate to the domain page and enable Quote signatures.
The PDF signature is configured by going to the quote PDF generator template and selecting signatureReceivedB64 as an 'Insert Data Field' value on an 'Image'.
First, insert a blank 'Image'.
Second, insert signatureReceivedB64 as an 'Insert Data Field' value on the 'Image'.
- On the PDF, add a text box with signatureReceivedPrintedName and signatureReceivedSignedAt for the signer's name and date to populate on the PDF. Save your PDF template.
- Now, when you go to email a quote, you can choose whether or not you request a signature.
You can see which quotes are signed on the quotes page and on each individual quote's page.

Packing Slip PDF Generator:
When you are looking at the Packing Slip, there will be an icon that looks like this:
This will open your PDF generator so you can edit the PDF yourself. Steelhead Customer Support is also available to help edit your PDFs.
