    Time Off Allocation Sets

    Found in the top menu bar of the Allocated Time Off page, the "+ Create Time Off Allocation" button gives the option to create sets used to allocate time. These sets can only be created with Time Off Types created first.

    Creating Time Off Allocation Sets

    Time Off Allocation Sets are created by following the process laid out in the Time Off Allocation article. They include auto-generated data sets about each user which support calculations of Time Off accrual and history for Timesheets and Payroll. They are visible under Timesheets > Configuration > Time Off > Allocation Sets.

    Note:

    Allocation Sets may be edited if the need arises to make modifications to your data, but it's not advisable to use the Allocation Sets as a primary input interface. They are intended to be used as reference to underlying data.

    Viewing Time Off Allocation Sets

    Once allocation sets are created, they are listed in the table by user. The top bar has filters, Year and Time Off Type, which apply to the table. The table details include:

    • Name of User
    • Time Off Set
    • Time Off (set) Start
    • Time Off (set) End
    • Accrual Limit (Hours)
    • Carryover Hours
    • Previous Set
    • Rolling Allocation
    • Allocation Per Hour Worked
    • Time Off Type (and amount of hours limited if any)
    • Actions
      • Pencil icon - edit or delete allocation set for all users or single user
      • Plus icon - create an allocation set for the user
