Users can now set Lead Times on individual Process Nodes, which can override Work Order deadlines when the Process is selected.
Carousels are linked to User Permissions rather than a Domain Setting.
- Allows multiple Carousels to be viewed on all devices.
Improvements have been made to the bank reconciliation page and statement to make financial information clearer and more accurate.
- The Reconciliation page has been cleaned up, with unused rows and unnecessary messages removed.
- Outstanding transactions are now correctly pulled from unlinked journal entries instead of bank transactions, and we’ve introduced more accurate balance calculations, including Total Outstanding Transactions and Adjusted Ending Bank Balance.
- You’ll also see clearer titles on the generated statement for journal entries—like deposit #, check #, AR/AP payments and descriptions—to make reconciliation easier to follow!

Part Number Inventory pages (regular and low) got updates to make it more user friendly
- Now matches regular Inventory pages and is very similar in user experience
- Alert with or without alert thresholds:
- If item has alert threshold: alert if projected stock is at/below the threshold
- If does not have an alert threshold: only alert if it is purchasable AND its projected stock is less than 0
Some small updates to Assemblies to make them more user friendly
- Added filter toggle for Assemblies vs sub-assemblies
- Added new icons to the Assembly tree; cast part, purchasable
- Added a link to access the Completed Assemblies, previously there was no actual way
- Added inventory management, cast, and mixtures links to All Completed Assemblies
- Added completed at date, amount needed, new inventory control link, and some colors to manufacturing tree
Unable to delete Part Transfers
- Added many filters to the Part Transfer pages; Part Number, Part group, Station, Rack, Work Order, By:, Type:
- Still can move parts back in history (result in a transfer type TRANSFER) and Revert (which reverts your completed parts so REVERT_COMPLETE)

- Two new Insights added to Reporting: Margin by Station and Margin by Station Cont.
- Products can now be added to Stations
- This Product will tie Sales Order Line Item revenue to Stations (Station Product and Sales Order Line Item Product must match)

- Usage-based maintenance has been added to racks. Racks can now be linked to an equipment and a cycle limit can be added.
- When a rack completes its cycle limit (cycle = parts racked and fully unracked), the rack can no longer be used until maintenance is completed on the corresponding equipment.
- A table of all equipment with linked racks that are requiring maintenance can be found in the new Maintenance by Usage page.
- An irreversible "End of Service" action was added to equipment to be used when an equipment is no longer in service at the shop.
- In the Outsourcing Dashboard, the Customers name has been added below the Work Order field
- Timer Dashboard has been given a fresh look yet the functionality for each page remains the same
- Sub-Process lead times have been added this calculates the time from the Work Order deadline in business days to complete the sub-process in business days to meet the Work Order deadline. Also if a user updates the sub-process lead time from the process it will give the option to make that the new lead time for all un-executed nodes.

- The system now actively checks if a PO (Purchase Order) number already exists for the selected Customer when creating a Sales Order. It is just a warning so you can still create if need be. This also only applies the duplicate warning logic if there is a previous set value, not a blank one that got default filled.

UI improvements have been made to Watchtower and racked parts on a Work Board Card.
- Only a limited number of treatments are shown by default, with a ‘+N more…’ show/hide option to keep things cleaner
- The alert banners for RMA, NCR, etc. have been narrowed in Watch Tower for a more compact display
- The domain setting ‘Default Treatment Group Displays’ will now apply to racked parts on work board cards
Added the ability to create multiple Invoices from the Invoice dialog. This is through the domain setting "Create Invoices Per Unique Sales Order Part."
- When Invoicing by multiple, it will Invoice per part, but if some of the parts share a Sales Order line item, they will share an invoice.
- Can also combine parts in the create Invoice dialog.
Treatment times got updates to make it more user friendly
- New table views for treatment times
- Now simplified to just two time types: BATCH and PER_PART
- On the PN page Station Treatments Overrides & Treatment Times were brought together to be Treatment Time Overrides
- This update makes the system more flexible in handling different time scenarios in manufacturing processes. It allows for more precise Scheduling and Capacity Planning by providing a more detailed and accurate time tracking system for Treatments applied to parts at different Stations.
