    Write: Users

    Enables the User to create new Users within the Users Dashboard.

    Write: User Permissions

    Enables the User to edit the checkboxes (change Permissions) on the User Permissions Page itself.

    Write: Portal Users

    Enables the User to manage access to the Customer Portal, including granting or revoking access to Customer Contacts.

    Write: Process Nodes

    Controls whether the User can create, configure, or edit the Nodes in the Processes Tile on the Homepage. These Nodes are arranged in a visual Process Tree for intuitive analysis.

    Write: Products

    Controls whether the User is able to create, archive, or edit items on the list in the Products Dashboard.

    Write: Reporting

    Controls whether the User is able add and edit Reports on various features such as Orders, Invoices, Customer Contacts, and Quotes.

    Write: Financials

    Controls whether the User is permitted to edit financial data (PTO allocations, order pricing, payroll etc.) Note that data entry for Part Number pricing may also require the User to have Write: Power Tools enabled.

    Write: Planning

    Controls whether the User is able to use the Capacity Planning Tile on the Homepage to book Treatments at different Stations such as ovens, primers, and blasting machines.

    Write: Parts Transfer of Type COMPLETE

    Controls whether the User can initiate a Complete Parts step. Completing Parts removes them from the production workflow.

    Write: Parts Transfer of Type EXIT

    Controls whether the User can exit Parts off the Work Order. When Parts are marked as exited, Parts are removed from a Work Order without being completed.

    Write: Parts Transfer of Type SCRAP

    Controls whether the User can mark unneeded Parts as Scrap. This is just like "EXIT", except it will be tracked.

    Write: Parts Transfer of Type REWORK

    Controls whether the User can put Parts onto a Rework Work Order for Rework. When Parts are put onto a Rework order, the Part Transfers and data is tracked there instead of on the original Work Order.

    Write: Parts Transfer of Type TRANSFER

    Controls whether the User can move Parts from one Recipe Node to another, but not necessarily in order. Transfers are used to manually place Parts at a specific Recipe Node.

    Write: Domain Settings

    Controls whether the User has access to change the settings in the Domain Settings Tile. Domain Settings is where you will find a wide assortment of Management options for the entire Steelhead app, from hiding the camera icon for all Users to setting default templates for emails.

    Write: Quality

    Controls whether the User can edit the variety of items in the Quality Management Dashboard. This includes things like Parts on Hold, Nonconformance Reports, Corrective Action Reports, and Return Merchandise Authorizations.

    Write: Power Tools

    Controls whether the User is able to edit and run the low code of the Steelhead website, what we call our "Power Tools". This permission is necessary to enter Part Number price calculations if you are using Power Tools. Using Power Tools requires the User be fluent in TypeScript.

    Write: Workboards

    Controls whether the User is able to create, edit, and manage Workboards in the Workboards Dashboard.

    Write: Accounting

    Enables the User to create, edit, and delete Journal Entries, manage Bank Accounts, manage reconciliations, manage deposits, and other Accounting tasks in the Accounting module.

    Admin: Payroll

    Enables the User to setup and manage Payroll, pay schedules, employee pay records, workplace assignments, tax documentation, worker's compensation, 401(k) plan management, healthcare benefits configuration, and other functions of the Payroll module.

    Write: Payroll

    Enables the User to perform Payroll runs, set up Payroll schedules, manage employee pay rates, handle Payroll corrections and adjustments, and related tasks.

    Write: Reporting Dashboards

    Enables the User to create and manage Reporting Dashboards and Dashboard folders, configure and manage Dashboard components, incorporate Reporting components from Custom Reports and Insights, and configure Reporting carousel settings.

    Write: Rack

    Controls whether the User can create, edit, or delete Racks, or manage Rack properties, labels, and relationships. Also includes permission to manage Rack Types and Rack Type properties, and Part-Rack relationships.

    Write: Accounting Settings

    Enables the User to "Lock the Books" through a specified date, enable and disable Accounting functionality, configure Accounting Integrations with programs such as QuickBooks or Sage, synchronize data, set default accounts, control User access to Accounting functions, and perform related Accounting oversight tasks.

    Write: Part Measurement Edit

    Controls whether the User is able to change a Part Measurement after it's recorded.
