          Because Steelhead is a cloud-based software, you will always need a web browser for it to run. Four common browser options that Steelhead recommends are:

          • Google Chrome
          • Mozilla Firefox
          • Apple Safari
          • Microsoft Edge

          Some that are less extensively tested but should still perform appropriately are these:

          • Samsung internet
          • OperaGX
          • Brave
          • Yandex
          • Chromium
          Browsers to Avoid:

          These browsers may be less secure; Steelhead does not recommend them:

          • Microsoft Internet Explorer
          • Alibaba UC Browser

          Network Connection Speed:

          For reliable operation, Steelhead recommends minimum internet speeds:

          • Minimum 10mbps for general floor operator use
          • Minimum 50mbps for administration and reporting use
