Vendors

Overview of Vendors

In the Vendors page linked in the Inventory Section of the Homepage, you will find a searchable list of all Vendors registered in your Domain.

Vendors List

Above the list of all Vendors are two drop-down menus for ordering the list and specifying how many entries to show in one screen.

There is also a search box, a clickable icon to download a CSV file of all your Vendors, a filter to search those Vendors created by one User, and a clickable "Gear" settings icon.

The table is separated into columns showing information including the name of the Vendor, Actions like archiving and editing details, and the "Created" date when the Vendor was added to the list.

Vendor Details

Clicking the hyperlinked name of a Vendor will open a page showing more detailed information:

Addresses

This section displays Addresses available for the Vendor. The button labeled "+NEW ADDRESS" opens a popup window that looks like this:

You can search in the text box for a publicly listed address, or click "Enter Address Manually" to type in each address field.

Contacts

This section displays the Contact information of the Vendor selected, including Phone number and Email. The button beside the title labeled "+ New Contact" opens a popup window that looks like this:
