    Treatment Groups

    Treatment Groups are one of the many customizable features we offer in Steelhead. Any selection of treatments can be collected together in order to set the preferences for them as a group.

    Viewing Listed Groups

    • To find the list of Treatment Groups, press the icon labeled "Treatments" on the Homepage, and then the button on the top right of the page labeled "Treatment Groups".
      • Here you will see all the treatment groups that have been created, including options to create new ones, edit existing ones, or view more details about them.

    Create Treatment Group

    In the button at the top of the screen there is a popup menu for adding a new treatment group to the list. Press it, and a window will pop up that contains several Entry Fields and drop-down menus to set preferences for the field.

    Group Details

    Selecting a specific group allows you to see an assortment of settings that can be applied to that group.

    • This menu is similar to the Treatment details page, but it is for groups instead of specific treatments.
      • Because of this, the settings will apply across the board to all treatments within the group.

    Below you will find a list of these options:

    Stations

    The Stations table here shows treatment stations applied to the group. The columns listed are:

    • Station Name
    • Station Treatment Group Time Type
    • Default Cycle Time (minutes)
    • Total Time (minutes)
    • Actions
      Additionally there is a button to add new stations showing a popup menu that looks like this:

    Extra info for Stations used on Work Orders:

    To quickly see User and Timer info:

    1. Go to the margin report on your WO and choose "billed hours".
    2. Sort labor hours by station to find out which of your workers had timers running and for how long.
    3. Also, you can click on any of the id numbers under part transfers labor and it will pull up more information that may help you.

    Prices

    The Prices table here shows pricings that are to the group. The columns listed are:

    • Price Name
    • Treatment
    • Part Number
    • Customer
    • Price
    • Operation
    • Actions

    Process Nodes

    This area of the Treatment Group Details page shows the node in the process tree that is occupied by the group.

    Treatments

    This final table shows treatments that have been added to the group. The columns listed are:

    • Name
    • Inventory Item
      Additionally there is a button to add inventory items to treatments, showing a popup menu that looks like this:
