Super Workboards and Super Cards

    Super Workboards and Super Cards

    Article summary

    Super Workboards

Super Workboards allow you to see a limited, specified view of some or all of the nodes included under a Super Node.

When parts are at a super node, they can be viewed on traditional workboards, or on Super Workboards. Super Workboards allow you to see all components of a child node of a super node, all on one screen. For an operator on a hybrid line, seeing only one node may be all that is needed.

The displayed information on the right is that of the part selected, or the part at the top of the list. The information displayed is similar to the Work Parts dialog, with current node, treatment, and station, along with some options to edit inventory (which includes scanning and configuring), work order comments, part timers, specifications, power tools, etc.

    Default Treatment Group Displays:

There are multiple places throughout Steelhead where treatments of a part's process are displayed. This domain setting helps filter out the treatments that do not want to be seen in the various places. Select the desired treatment groups to be seen in each place.

An example of listed treatments is found on super workboards:

    Super Cards

Super Cards are cards that are visible on regular workboards that allow you to see all super node activity. These are useful for operators who are moving parts onto or off of auto lines or hybrid lines.
