Send Emails from Steelhead with a Different Email Address

To send emails from Steelhead using your own email address rather than the update@orders.gosteelhead.com email, you can use the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) option in the Management section of Domain Settings:

Before setting up SMTP, here are some things to consider:

• SMTP works as a buffer between Steelhead and your email
• Sending via SMTP means that email deliverability is not tracked in Steelhead, since the emails are being handled by your email client
• Other Email details can be edited in the "Management" section of Domain settings, such as:
  • Customer Email Template
  • Customer Email Subject Line
