Pre-Integration Customer Requirements
- Identify a Steelhead User who also has Sage 100 (Version 4) Administrative Access. This account will link the two programs.
Note:
The account you identify in Step 1 will need to be logged in to Sage 100 and running the Web Connector app in order to sync data. Make sure that this account is able to accomodate this responsibility.
Sage 100 (V4) Integration Setup
- Go to the Integrations tile and add a new Integration (Sage 100)
- Enter a name
- Save
- Click the link icon on the integration to create your user auth
- Enter the company code (needs to be the exact same as the company code in Sage 100)
- Enter the user ID (Sage 100 login)
- Enter the user password (Sage 100 login)
- Enter company code (needs to be the same as the company code in Sage 100)
- Click Download Configuration
- Click Download Connector Application
- Click Save
- Enable external access for the company in Sage 100
- Run the connector application
- Verify that the connector shows that it is connected
- Click the play button on the integration in Steelhead to trigger the initial read
- Once everything is read in, go through each of the tables and see how the data would look when imported
- Import each table (can use bulk import or watch mode to speed this step up)
- Click the play button on an invoice or bill in Steelhead to export it to Sage 100
