    Integration Set Up

    1. Identify a Steelhead user that also has QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Administrative Access. This account will link the two programs. Steelhead and QBD must be opened on the same device for setup.
    Note:

The account you identify in Step 1 will need to be logged in to QBD and running the Web Connector app in order to sync data. Make sure that this account is able to accommodate this responsibility.

    1. Open the Integrations tile in the chosen Steelhead user's account.

    2. Add a new integration, selecting the 'Quickbooks Desktop' option.

    3. Name the integration and set any desired configurations (see Steelhead and Quickbooks Desktop Field Mapping for more details on specific settings).

    4. Save the newly created integration.

    5. Click the 'Connect current user' icon.

    20. Click the play button again. Refresh Steelhead and see if the 'Last Read' column has today's date; if so, initial integration was successful.

    Additional Integration Users

If another user needs access to run the integration in Steelhead:

    1. Open the Steelhead user account on the device that is running the QBD web connector.
    2. Open the Integrations tile and find the desired integration.
    3. Perform steps 6-18 from above.

    Web Connector Removal

To remove a web connector from QBD, click the 'Remove' button on the Application connection and then click 'Yes.'

If this doesn't work as expected, you may need to close your web connector and reopen.
