Failure to Connect: "Unable to connect to the company due to insufficient authorization. Your current status is: Pending."
- Close and reopen Sage 50
- When the “Third Party Application Access” dialog appears, select “Always allow access”
- Click OK
Unable to load config file
- Go to the Sage 50 integration in Steelhead
- Click the Connect Current User button
- Download the configuration file “steelhead-sage50.json”
- Make sure the configuration file is saved in the same folder as the
connector application - Restart the connector
