    Routing Parts

Routing Parts is defining which station the part is going to go through for a specific task.

To set specified routes for parts inside of scheduling, open the drop-down menu in a Schedule board that says "Unscheduled Tasks". In the Schedule column on this menu, select the "Route" button.

    Part Number, Work Order

This column shows the relevant Part Number and Work Order.

    Notice:

Custom inputs on parts do not apply to scheduling. Only the parts per rack defined below do. We cannot make the parts per rack a decimal, it accepts whole numbers only.

    Treatments

This column shows which treatment the selected station will apply. This are autofilled based on the selections at order entry.

    Station

This column defines exactly which station will be performing the treatment listed to its left.

    Set Part Number Default

This column allows the specific station/treatment to be defined as part number defaults, so that the next time this part is processed, it will automatically routed to this station again.
This can also be set from the part number page.

    Apply to Others, Clear All

Buttons in this column control data transfer between rows on the page, to fill or empty them. For example, if part A is going through Station A, applying to others will route all other part numbers selected to Station A as well.
