Refreshing the Reporting Database

The Steelhead Reporting database automatically loads new data overnight, between 12-4AM EST.

In situations where more current data is required, it is possible to manually refresh the database to pull in new production data.

Manually Regenerating the Reporting Database:

1. Go into the Reporting Tile from the home page and select the 3 lines on the top left of the page.
   

2. Go into the Manage Databases View on the left hand side of the screen. Check the time on when the last update was and if it is not current, then select the Regenerate Database Button.
   

3. The screen will then show that the report is actively regenerating, please wait until this has finished

   1. The estimated time remaining is calculated from the average of how long the last 5 database regenerations have taken.
      

4. When finished, the Regenerate Database button will be greyed out and you can refresh your browser and go into your reports to see the updates!
   

5. Verify that the expected date and time appear correctly.
