Customer Churn
Customer churn refers to the scenario when a customer stops doing business or ends the relationship with a company.
This report provides a monthly breakdown of:
- Active Customer Count: The number of customers who have had at least one active sales order in a given month.
- Monthly Difference: The change in the number of active customers compared to the previous month.
- Change in Monthly Difference: The change in the "Monthly Difference" compared to the previous month.
- Lost Customer Count: The number of customers who have not had an active Sales Order for a certain number of months (defined by the "Lost Customer Definition" domain setting).
- New Customer Count: The number of customers who made their first Sales Order in a given month.
- Churn Rate: The percentage of active customers who have become "lost customers" in the next month.
- Cumulative Churn Rate: The total percentage of active customers who have become "lost customers" since the start of the report.
The amount of months a customer must be inactive to be considered a "lost customer" is defined by the "Lost Customer Definition" Domain Setting.
Lost Customer Definition Domain Setting
- Customer inactivity threshold
- The new Customer Churn report will consider a customer “lost” if they haven’t had any Sales Orders within the specified number of months.
Quoting Winrates
This report shows the rate at which Quotes are won.
A Quote is won if a Sales Order has been created against it.
