Schedule Boards/Multi-Station Scheduling
Schedule Boards allow you to schedule multiple stations at once, for maximum workflow efficiency. There are three basic sections of a schedule board page: Schedule Board, Unscheduled Tasks, and Priority Mode.

Schedule Board
The Schedule Board allows for many different adjustments to be made in order to view tasks how you would like to.
Appearance Switches
- Treatment Mode/Normal Mode: Do you want to see task treatments or not?
- Treatment mode also groups tasks into a single task block based on treatment, allowing for a cleaner view of the board.
- Cycle Time/Full Time: What time do you want to see for each task?
- Cycle time is how fast an operator can throw in new parts into a station.
- Full time is how long those parts will be undergoing the treatment.
- Work Order/Customer/Treatment/Part Number/Part Group/All: What information do you want displayed on each task?
- This selection will only apply if the 'Normal Mode' switch is selected.
There is also a "Create New Card" button to create a new card for the schedule board. This button adds another station to use for scheduling.
Schedule Board Actions
There are multiple buttons that allow for actions to be made against the schedule board.
- Edit Station Cards: Ability to drag and drop to rearrange the order of station cards, and delete station cards. Once cards are deleted, they must be recreated if wanted back.
- Schedule Station Tasks: Options for adding a station task(s) to the board manually.
- Clear Schedule: Empty the tasks from the entire schedule board or after the selected "Schedule After Date."
- Reschedule Using Current Priority: Moves tasks after the selected date, preserving their schedule order.
- Schedule After Date: This calendar menu is used for selecting a date that controls the next available time for scheduling auto-scheduled tasks. If you ignore this, the current date and time will be used. If you do use this, the calendar view for the schedule board will automatically jump to show the selected date.
- Previous Day/Next Day: Quick back and forth navigation of the day that is displaying on the schedule board.
- Choose Current Day: Returns the schedule board to the current date.
- Edit Calendar: Opens the currently selected station calendar.
- Save Button: Turns green when edits have been made to the schedule board, and allows you to save the changes. Button is gray when no edits are currently applicable.
Other available features:
- Inventory Report: Displays the inventory report for the displayed schedule board tasks.
- Station tabs: Allows you to select which station to act upon.
- Edit/View Tasks:
- Click on tasks to make edits and see more information. Remember to click the green save button after any edits.
- Drag and drop tasks to quickly rearrange the times.

Unscheduled Tasks
This section displays tasks that have not been scheduled yet for the selected station (selected at the top of the page), and factors in any filters applied. This is where tasks are scheduled and other actions can be performed.
Task Filters
There are multiple different ways to filter the Unscheduled Tasks table.
- Deadline Before: This date picker is designed for choosing a deadline that will filter for unscheduled tasks whose work order deadline is at or before the specified date.
- Dense Processing/Distinct Processing: This switch will not add to or decrease the amount of items shown, but will simply arrange them differently.
- Dense Processing - Individually view the unscheduled tasks that appear in the table.
- Distinct Processing - View the unscheduled tasks as being grouped into their received batches.
- Workflow Control: This button opens a dialog that allows for filtering by only parts that are routed, and parts in between tags.
- The "Only Routed Parts" checkbox allows viewing exclusively the tasks that have been manually routed through the current station.
- Routed parts are indicated by the green checkmark in the "Routed" column. To change routes, use the forked arrow button under the "Schedule" column on the right. Routing a task to the current station adds a green checkmark and removes it from the schedule of other stations that perform the same treatment. Routing a task to another station will remove it from the current station's schedule.
