Accounting Integration settings allow you to control what information is synced to and from your accounting software. These settings are found either within the Domain or Integrations tile, depending on the version of integration. Click the edit pencil icon next to your accounting integration to view/edit all related settings.

Accounts Payable Account Name | The name of the Accounts Payable account. |
Accounts Payable Account Type | The type of account associated with the accounts payable account. |
Cost Account for New Part Numbers | The desired account that should collect the cost amounts of Part Numbers. |
Cost of Goods Sold Account Name | The name of the account that should collect the cost of goods sold data. |
Custom Prefix (for Invoice, Bill, etc) | Enter any characters to go in front of Steelhead document numbers when exported to accounting software. "SH:" by default. |
Customers Are Actually Contacts | Checking this box means the customers from the configuration source are actually contact data. |
Customer Name | Option to include or omit the Customer name alongside other accounting info |
Enable Debug | ???? |
Enable Extra Logging | Option to allow other things to be logged by accounting software. |
Export Bills, Invoices, Customers, etc? | Option to send information from Steelhead to accounting software. |
Export Document To | Select the location where the associated document should be sent to. |
Force-Archive Filter | Enter a semicolon delimited list of objects you do not wish to import. |
Import Every | Set the number of minutes between each import. Default is 10 minutes. |
Income Account for New Part Numbers | The desired account that should collect Part Number income data. |
Inventory Account for New Part Numbers | The desired account that should collect the inventory-related data on newly created Part Numbers. |
Items into Products Filter | Enter a semicolon delimited list of item names you wish to import as Product. You can also use wild-cards such as an asterisk ( * ) to map all items to Products. |
Name (of integration) | Integration name can be anything and edited in the future. |
Only Import For Matching Entities Filter | Only import Customers/Vendors/etc. that are owned by the entities matching the filter. |
Overwrite Steelhead Data (Product, Part Number, Customer, etc) | Checking these boxes means the object will be overwritten on import. |
Part Number Customer | Option to include or omit Customer records of this Part Number. |
Part Number Description | Option to include or omit the custom-written description on Part Numbers. |
Part Number Name | Option to include or omit the name custom-written on Steelhead Part Numbers. |
Part Number Price | Option to include or omit the price of the Part Number. |
Product Name | Option to include or omit the Product name this Part Number is attached to. |
Purchase Order Document Name | Name of the document used for placing a purchase order with a vendor. |
Purchasing Dept | Name of the Purchasing Department. |
Receivable Account for New Invoices | The invoicing account that should collect new invoice amount data. |
Sales Invoice Document Name | Name of document used to invoice customers. |
Trigger Data Fetch In Watch Mode | Checking this box means that when a Watch Mode import is complete, it will automatically sync the new data in Steelhead based on import configurations. |
Type of Income Account | The type of account associated with the income account. |
Type of the Cost Account | The type of account associated with the cost account. |
Type of the Inventory Account | The type of account associated with the inventory account. |
Type of the Receivable Account | The type of account associated with the receivable account. |
Unlink Steelhead Data | Removes the connection of accounting software data from Steelhead data. |
Vendors Are Actually Contacts | Checking this box means the vendors from the configuration source are actually contact data. |
Vendor Invoice Document Name | Name of the document that is an invoice from a vendor. |
Product Groups are Classes | Checking this box means that Product Groups from Invoice/Bill Line Items will export as Classes in QB Online |

Overwrites
If you enable an overwrite, the name of an object in accounting software will overwrite the name created in Steelhead.
If you want this overwrite to affect already-imported data, then you will need to do a bulk import to update everything, otherwise it only applies to imports from this point forward.
