    Cutting Step 2 - Add Assembly to Sales Order

    1. From the Steelhead Homepage, open the Sales Orders dashboard.

    1. Click "+ NEW SALES ORDER."

    1. Fill in any information desired and click "SAVE."

    1. Click "ADD PART TO SALES ORDER."

    1. Start typing the name of your Assembly, then select it and your Part Number will auto-fill. Put in the Count of that Part (Assembly) that your Customer ordered.

    Fill in any other information desired and click SAVE.

    1. Click on the Process Tree icon under BOM.

    1. Here you can edit each part of the Process by clicking the Edit pencil icon. You can also add prices for each Part.

    *Any changes you make to this Manufacturing Tree will affect only this Sales Order. To make changes globally, go back to the Assembly dashboard and edit the Process Tree there.

    1. To add a price, click "+ ADD LINE ITEM", then fill in the Line Item Description, Quantity and Unit Price and click "SAVE."

    1. Click "GENERATE WORK ORDERS."

    1. Select a Process/Treatment for each Part Number and click "SAVE."
