Vendor Shippers

Vendor Shippers are bundles of Parts that are Outsourced (shipped) together.

To access all Vendor Shippers, navigate to the Shipping Tile, and then to the "All Vendor Shippers" dashboard.

Vendor Shipper Dashboard

The Vendor Shipper Dashboard includes all parts that are awaiting shipper, awaiting shipment, and shipped. These are parts associated with Outsourcing.

Pages within this dashboard may be filtered, paged, and ordered.
Quickly reach the Parts at Vendor and Outsourcing pages through the links in the top right.

Awaiting Shipper

Parts displayed on the Awaiting Shipper page of the Vendor Shipper Dashboard are those being outsourced and have a PO assignment. These Parts have not yet been assigned a Shipper.

To assign parts to a Shipper:

1. Select the parts to be shipped together.
2. Click the Create Shipper icon.
3. Verify the information and continue.
   a. Click Cancel if the information is incorrect and different Parts should be selected.
   b. Click Save + Ship if the information is correct and the Parts are now shipped.
   c. Click Save if the information is correct and the Parts will be shipped in the future.

To view all Parts assigned to a Shipper and waiting to be shipped, navigate to the Awaiting Shipment page.

Awaiting Shipment

Parts displayed on the Awaiting Shipment page of the Vendor Shipper Dashboard are those that have been assigned a Shipper and are waiting to be shipped.

To mark parts as shipped:

1. Find the associated Shipper.
2. Complete shipping of the parts.
   a. Click the Mark as Shipped icon if outsourcing is not the last step in the Recipe OR if outsourcing is the last step in the Recipe and the Parts are to be received back from the Vendor in the future.
   b. Click the Ship Parts and Complete icon if outsourcing is the last step in the Recipe AND the Parts will not be received back from the Vendor or have already been received back.

To view all shipped Parts, navigate to the Shipped page.

Shipped

Parts displayed on the Shipped page of the Vendor Shipper Dashboard are all Parts that have ever been shipped.

To view only shipped Parts that are at, or traveling to or from the Vendor, click the Parts at Vendor link or toggle on the Parts at Vendor switch.

To receive parts back from a Vendor:

• Click the Receive Parts From Vendor icon on the part row to receive just that Part
  OR
• Select Part rows on the table and click the Receive button to receive multiple Parts at once.
