If emails sent from Steelhead are not delivered as expected:
- Ask recipients to check their spam folders
- If spam filters are catching these emails, ask customers to whitelist the orders.gosteelhead.com domain
- Deliverability can be interrupted if your customer's email clients have recently updated their security policies. If this is the case, they may need to ask their IT service to whitelist orders.gosteelhead.com.
