    In the event that Quickbooks Online disconnects when it shouldn't, here are some things to try:

    1. Make sure you are logged into Quickbooks Online and Steelhead with the same device and account.
    2. Try restarting the device and logging out and back into both Quickbooks Online and Steelhead.

    Your web connector should be using your QuickBooks password. Your QuickBooks password does not have to be same as your Steelhead password.
    Try adjusting the password in your web connector back to your QB password and see if that works.

    Use your Steelhead password to access Steelhead, and your Quickbooks password (the same username and password that you use to log into QB) when prompted to log into Quickbooks. The integration is able to run when a user is logged into both systems. You can see more user instructions here.

    If you see an error window that reads "There was a problem adding the application", then the issue is on Quickbooks' end and not Steelhead's. Here is a link to the Quickbooks troubleshooting page.
