Capacity Planning Overview
The Capacity Planning table provides an overview of scheduled work. This table view can be configured using the following options:
Daily/Weekly
- This switch is for choosing the time interval the list should be displayed in
- With this option, plans can be viewed one day at a time or up to 8 weeks in advance
- There is also a time-arranged column for overdue treatments
Grouped/Individually/Stations
- This switch is for choosing whether the Treatments shown should be viewed in their Treatment Groups, by themselves, or by the Stations they are allocated to
- Whereas the previous switch effects the columns that are listed, this is for what is shown in the "Treatment Name" column
- This is one of the two columns able to alter the title of the table.
Full batches/Work Orders Separately
- This switch is for choosing whether the Received batches of work orders being treated in each group should be viewed as separate or all together
- This may only change some of the listed groups because not every treatment wil be applied to work orders that are in a batch
Work to Date/Work Due At Date
- This switch is for choosing whether the amount of resources for each treatment/group should be viewed as "remaining" or "completed"
- It's useful for telling how much work is done already
All/Unrouted
- This switch is for choosing whether resources for the treatment in question should all be shown, or only the amount that hasn't been routed yet
- It may serve as one indicator how much preparation should still be enacted in order to make efficient use of materials
Part Count/Time Based/Available Time/ Used Time
- This switch is for choosing whether to view the booked time or part counts that have been allocated to one of the time-arranged columns on the table
- This is one of the two columns able to alter the title of the table
