- Many improvements were made to Specs and Certs
- Certification at a Part Account level is now supported
- Allows for more in-depth certification
- Cert creation has been made more efficient with less buttons to click
- The Spec Results page on Work Orders has been reorganized
- New button has been added to Split and Reallocate spec measurements
- Ability to certify Part Accounts straight from the Work Order page when parts are in process
- "Collect Additional" measurements on a Part Account dialog box has been updated
- If a Part Account has not been to a node, creating additional measurements requires creating a “stranded part account”
- When resolving Failed Spec Measurements, the Resolution Comment now applies to ALL parts at once, rather than a unique comment for each part.

- Added a link onto Sales Orders and Work Orders to the All Files dialog
- This will show files for associated SO, WO, quote, invoice, receiver, BOL, packing slip, and spec field files in the same menu
- Enabled users to enter Spec measurements for multiple parts on one panel
- Enabled users to temporarily group parts on a Workboard Card and enter measurements for all parts that need measurements
- Find/Create a Workboard
- Find/Add a Card with numerous parts that have Spec requirements at this stage
- Select either Group Like Parts or Toggle Multiselect on the Card or in Global Filters
- Observe that the parts are now in collapsed drop-downs with one at the top that says: "More Measurements Required"
- Click on the "Enter Specs" button
- Enter the Spec measurements for the parts. Once you close the panel, the parts should be moved into other groupings and be ready to move
- Repeat steps 1-4
- Use the multi-select toggle to select multiple parts
- Click on the "Enter Specs" button in the red section at the top of the Card
- Repeat steps 6-7
- Enabled users to see a summary overview for individual Specs
- When a user is looking for all the information associated with a Spec, they are able to see it all condensed in one place
- Information displayed in this dialog includes:
- Spec name, revision #
- active or archived
- external description
- internal or external type
- custom inputs
- internal description
- associated part numbers
- associated treatments
- process definition: opt-in/opt-outs, associated spec fields and their associated spec params and process definitions
- Steps to use this feature:
- Select the Spec tile on the Homepage under the Configuration section
- Select a Spec Number from the list
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner
- Select Spec Summary

- Added an “Upload Part Numbers File” link to the top right side of the Part Numbers page to avoid scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page
- Enabled users to select Tags in the Create or Edit Workboard Card dialog and to view a list of associated Process Nodes
- Select nodes to associate them by Tag to the Workboard Card

- Added two new warning messages to all Move Parts menus when trying to move Unracked parts out of a Racking node
- Added Rack Parts button to all Move Parts dialogs, so users can rack the parts easily
- Move parts into a Racking node
- Try to move the same parts out of the Racking node
- You should see two warnings before being able to move the parts out of the Racking node
- Users can now copy default Spec parameters over to a new Spec along with a Spec Field
- Updates to the Shipping dashboard to improve efficiency
- Enable the domain setting "Use Loading for Shipments"
- Create a Shipment and add packing slips
- Open the Load Shipment dialog
- Added ability to scan a packing slip or container on a packing slip to add it to shipment
- Ability to mark/unmark packing slips as Loaded
- Open the Edit Shipment dialog to search for and add packing slips to the shipment
- Enabled many packing slips to be finalized at once if they share the same billing address, shipping address, and customer contact
- Select packing slips and click the Finalize button

- Enabled users to assign spec field params to specific nodes on the spec default process
- Collapse/Expand All button was added to workboard cards
- Button will display if Group Like Parts or Toggle Multiselect on a workboard card is being used
- Collapsed drop-downs have titles that correctly represent the contents of each group
- When you expand a drop-down, all the parts in the group will display
- Enabled users to make claims against items on purchase orders
- Allows attaching sales order part numbers to purchase orders
- Allows users to view who they were purchasing their inventory for
- Can assist with margins and costing
- Steps to use this feature:
- Select a purchase order with an inventory item
- Click the Add/Edit Claims icon in the Actions column of the item
- From the claims dialog, you can add or edit claims
- Inventory alert banner on sales order/work order page includes claim details
- When a PO is received, claims can be fulfilled at a container level
- Toggle switch to close claim, this cannot be undone
- Claims can be fulfilled partially in multiple containers
- Moved the display Sales Order files to make the Sales Order layout more organized
- Added a file upload option to the top of Sales Orders and Quotes
- In top right corner, click the three dots to find the option

- Added revision numbers to specs on both the add parts table and the Quote parts table
- Added a link from the PO page to the Receiving page
- Added a confirmation for adding parts to a sales order with missing treatment information
- Added a button on the sales order page that is used for adding parts to work order, and adds some UI cleanup and displays current part counts
- Added 'Inventory Usage: Predicted vs. Actual' report to insights that allows comparison of predicted inventory usage and inventory depletions
- Make Part Transfers through nodes that have inventory item treatments associated with parts that have predicted inventory usage set for that treatment
- Deplete inventory on work orders that shares the inventory item treatment
- See how your predictions/reality match up and ability to adjust predictions for future use
- Added filters for “Sync Status” to the list of filters on the Bills page

- New "Workflow Control" button on the Schedule Board page and Station page
- This can be helpful if you want to only schedule parts that are routed
- Tags can be set up on process nodes
